Terms
Plain-language draft, last updated 18 September 2026. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer.
Who you are dealing with
Castcard is operated by Sunya LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. When these terms say we, us or Castcard, they mean Sunya LLC.
You can reach a person at hello@castcard.co. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
By creating an account or using Castcard, you agree to what is written here.
What Castcard is, and what it is not
Castcard is a portfolio and career record for models and actors. You keep one record, and it is published as a page at a short link you can send to anyone.
The profile is free. Anything we charge for is a tool: exports, hosting, a custom domain. We will never sell access to casting, exposure, auditions, or a better position in front of anyone.
We do not represent talent. We are not an agency, a manager, or a casting service. We do not broker work, and we do not pay anyone cash for sending us users.
There is no search, no browse, no discovery and no messaging on Castcard, for anyone. Nobody can find you here who was not given your link.
Your account
Castcard is for people 18 and over. You must be 18 or older to have an account, and the profile must be your own. One account is one person's record.
We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and we check it. A date that makes you under 18 is refused and no profile is created.
We may add profiles for younger talent, managed by a parent or guardian, later. That is not built yet, and until it is there is no way to hold a profile here for someone under 18.
You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep access to that address. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
Tell us the truth in the things that matter: your name and your date of birth.
Your photos, videos and words
What you upload stays yours. You keep every right you had in your photos, your videos and your text.
You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store your files, to resize them into the versions a web page needs, and to display them in the places you choose to display them. Nothing more. We do not license your work to anyone else, and we do not use it to advertise Castcard without asking you first.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. That includes permission from the photographer. If you are not sure whether you may publish an image, ask them before you put it here.
We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive, and we may close an account that is used for either.
Video
Video is not hosted on Castcard. A reel is embedded from Vimeo or YouTube and plays under those services' own terms. What they do with a visitor who presses play is between that visitor and them.
Leaving, and getting your record back
You can stop using Castcard whenever you like.
Assets are retired rather than deleted, so a record can be put back together if something is removed by mistake. That is a deliberate design choice: a career record you cannot recover is not a record.
If you want everything gone, or you want a copy of your data to take with you, write to hello@castcard.co and we will do it within 30 days.
What we do not promise
Castcard is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it up and to keep your files safe, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that nothing will ever go wrong.
Nothing here is a promise of work. A Castcard page does not get you an audition, a booking or a scholarship. It is a better way to show what you have done.
Keep your own copies of your photos and videos. Ours is not the only copy that should exist.
Changes
If these terms change, we email every account holder to say so. The date at the top of this page is the last time the wording moved, and it currently reads 18 September 2026.
Questions about any of this: get in touch, or write to hello@castcard.co.
